He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. "It was uneven. First, she was delayed 1 1/2 hr and I had taken the morning off from work to guide her and I had to leave before she was done. She apparently spent a lot of time upstairs in the bedrooms but not enough time downstairs in the main living area and did not thoroughly clean the floors and did not touch the lower half bath which I had specifically pointed out to her.  So I would not call her back or recommend her."
