"I have not had domestic cleaning help like this since the service I had from a team from Venezuela over 10 years ago. I have been reluctant to use a service I'm not familiar with, since the last one left the slate floor in my foyer damaged. "It was uneven. First, she was delayed 1 1/2 hr and I had taken the morning off from work to guide her and I had to leave before she was done. She apparently spent a lot of time upstairs in the bedrooms but not enough time downstairs in the main living area and did not thoroughly clean the floors and did not touch the lower half bath which I had specifically pointed out to her. So I would not call her back or recommend her."
