It went wonderful. They were on time. They were neat. The owners worked on the job along with their team. They were personable and a pleasure to work with.

We moved into new house and had them install hardwood flooring in three bedrooms. Joe helped us get it done in time, coordinating with painter. He even showed up on a Saturday to make sure everything was in place before the mover came. The installed floors are beautiful. I highly recommend him.

They were thorough and communicative throughout the process and Joe did a good job in terms of setting expectations. His crew was also quick and good to work with. Our house is about 90 yrs old and the floors have never been touched, so there was a lot to be done in terms of repairs and sanding.

Our floors are beautiful! Joe and his team were professional, very responsive and showed great attention to detail. Their work was excellent. We had Joe refinish the hardwood floors in two rooms of our home. The floors were in poor condition, scalloped and marred, the result of a “homeowner special” refinishing job by the previous owner. We were very happy with the quality of the work and immediately scheduled to have the floors in an additional room refinished. We couldn’t be happier!

Laying the floor a lot of boards are sticking up higher the other boards there are dips in the floor Joe said that that was normal it happens to all the floors he has done. It is hard for me to believe. He will not fix the problem. Now I have to hire someone else to sand the floors to get it smooth, after just spending thousands of dollars on the floor. THANKS JOE

They did a very good job. Thye fixed some holes in the floor and sanded out some large scratches and stains. They even lifted our low radiators to get the flooring underneath them. All for the lowest quoted price.
