There is a team that comes and they seem to work well and efficiently together each taking a room/area of the house to clean. They do not rush through and leave. They work steadily with purpose. I have had many house cleaners in the past and Heavenly cleans areas that were usually left untouched by other companies as part of their routine. "It was uneven. First, she was delayed 1 1/2 hr and I had taken the morning off from work to guide her and I had to leave before she was done. She apparently spent a lot of time upstairs in the bedrooms but not enough time downstairs in the main living area and did not thoroughly clean the floors and did not touch the lower half bath which I had specifically pointed out to her. So I would not call her back or recommend her."
