"This company came to replace the glass in a double pane bay window because the gas seal round it leaked and was unable to see through it. The glass was replaced, paid $600 for the new glass. A month or so after the installation there was condensation build up inside the double glass. Callled the company, and was told they would correct the problem, if not able to they would refund our $600. Needless to say we had gotten every excuse and then weâ re told they donâ t remember doing a job at my home !! Never got a $$ back either.. But I would like to know if they were never hear at all, then why is there a picture of the front of my home on their website as soon as you download it, and the same picture on their photo gallery of work they have done?? I have filed with the Suffolk County Dept of Consumer Affairs !! FG Window Repair had and has avoided out calls to them !"
