Professional from start to finish

I was walking in my condo association when by chance I met Ron. He had finished with a potential client when I asked him if he had a moment to give me a quote. Less than half hour later my job was in contract. Lou was amazing. From their, for town permits, I dealt with Louâ ¦ everything was handled accordingly. This past Friday, the crew foreman Carlos introduced himself and told me what would be done. He was superb and his crew also should be commended. In total, the egress took 6 hours from start to finish. Site was left clean and this customer was elated. Thank you Rob, Lou, Carlos, and the four crew members!

The guys from Egress Pros came to my house yesterday and did a fantastic job putting in my window. Miguel and his merry men were professional, neat, respectful, and courteous. They left the interior cleaner than it was before they got there! I am so glad I finally decided to put in this window since Iâ ve been thinking about it for years. Now Iâ m happy that my kids will be safe in the basement should there ever be an emergency. Thanks to the guys in the office that I spoke to, I appreciate all of their help and input during the process. Wouldnâ t pick anyone else to do this job! Thanks Egress Pros you're the best!

Since I cannot delete my review, I am trying to update it. The company was unable to install our window due to unforeseen circumstances and they kept our deposit. After leaving a review explaining situation, we were contacted and 50% of deposit was returned in exchange for these reviews being removed so I have added a few more stars and removed the language from previous post.

They were very professional. Explained all of my options very clearly. Showed up on time and finished early. Really happy with how it all turned out. Would highly recommend using them.

All I have say is EGRESS PROS is the best of the best. If you need an egress window, look no further..Egress Pros are the champions! Their Sales Team is top notch, patient, and knowledgeable. Ryan and Ron came to the house on multiple occasions to answer all my questions, give me Ideas and recommendations for the project and put my mind at ease with the concerns I had, all with no pressure to sign with them. When I finally pulled the trigger on the project, Egress Pros sent, what I consider their best... Carlos! CARLOS IS THE MAN! Carlos arrived exactly on time with the crew. He walked around and explained what he was planning on doing to knock out the job. Carlos literally built a self-enclosed workspace for himself inside the house. When he told me the job was done i couldn't believe my eyes. The installation quality was unbelievable, and Carlos didn't leave a spec of dirt inside and out. One of the big concerns I had was how the finish on the inside would look, but Carlos is a real pro and built such a nice pocket and framed out the window perfectly. It looks like the house came with that window. He is that good. I hope the bosses at Egress Pros take care of him in the same way he took care of me. i wish i could give more than 5 Stars!

I was given an appointment time of 8:00am and they arrived on time (even a bit early) which is important to me. Ron Mayer my sales guy was there to introduce me to the team and their lead guy Carlos who showed me exactly what would occur. They began their work and I returned to mine (I work from home). Sometime later Carlos brought to the work site to advise that the sprinkler lines needed to be cut/moved and I gave him the ok. Near the end, Carlos showed me the work being finished and how to operate the window. They were courteous, clean and efficient. A job well done! Would definitely refer!

Ryan and José handled the project for my Egress window installation. Fast, efficient, reliable and clean. They were in and out in a day. The crew worked really well together and there was no other areas of my house or yard effected. The finished product looks great and adds a whole dynamic to the area of light and air. Definitely would recommend this crew!

I agonized over installing an egress window for years, because the ads I saw seemed somewhat overblown and the installers sounded fly-by-night. Then I saw the Egress Pros no-nonsense advertisement in Newsday, and one phone call sold me. Linda, who came out to measure and explain the process, was so helpful -- she made all the issues I might have had disappear with her information and professionalism. Miguel and his crew appeared on time, put the project together like clockwork, in fewer hours than I expected, and left the site both indoors and out clean and ready to use. I would use them again, and recommend them to anyone who wants to make their house safer with little fuss.

Guys showed up on time, did great work, installed a quality egress window and cleaned up all debris as if they were never there. i would highly recommended them to anyone looking to install an Egress window in a basement area.

The LI egress pros did an amazing job! They were so neat and professional. Starting with Ron when he came for the free consult. Very clear and professional which made it easy to trust him. Then the day of installation Raul was an excellent foreman. Everything could not have gone smoother! I highly recommend them.

Excellent Job, Raul and the team came in on time and were professional, clean and quick. I had asked them to leave me some of the removed dirt from the dig and the guys were happy to do so. They took the time to ask me several times if I had any questions and demonstrated the operation of the egress door prior to leaving. Ron, our contact at Egress Pros was professional and extremely helpful which was a good part of the reason we went with Egress Pros. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend the Egress Pros to anyone looking to have this work done.

We highly recommend Egress Pros! From the very first interaction with Randy to schedule a visit to get a quote, to meeting Ryan who educated us about our options to Miguel and his team who performed the installation- we are beyond impressed! Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. They arrived on time and clearly has a system where every team member had a task so the job went smoothly and was completed by early afternoon. Miguel and his team took great care to leave our yard and home clean (might ask Ryan to send Miguel back just to show my kids how to clean up after a project haha). So glad we took our contractor's recommendation.

One of the best experiences Ià ¢à  à  ve hadà ¢à  à ¦..truly professional group of people from the inception. The owner took my call on a Sunday and could not have been nicer to speak with. He had his salesman (Ron Mayer) call me the next day and we set up an appt. What a delightful person. Not only extremely knowledgeable, but a pure pleasure. Felt like Ià ¢à  à  ve known him for years. Gave us multiple options for placement of our egress and choices of window types. (Not my experience with other companies). The installers arrived on time and got right to work. Quite a big job to dig out the foundation, but it was done neatly, efficiently and with pleasure. Giovanni and his crew were great. The basement area was sectioned off with plastic to avoid dust and debris, and when done you would never know any work had been done there. A really GREAT job. Not only do I highly recommend this company, I suggest you look no further and hire them!!!

They do not provide any supervision. The guys that will come to your house are independent contractors. Egress Pro did not follow up even after I requested a site visit from a supervisor to review the installation. Not very professional.

Ron from Egress Pros was great to work with. He came out showed us the system and explained how they do the install. There was no pressure to move forward, when we were ready to proceed it was very easy. They sent me the contract and we were scheduled for install that Monday. They arrived and were very professional, cleaned everything up when they were done and the new egress window was installed in one day. Highly recommend this company.

The sales rep Ron was great he explained and showed us all options and the time line was perfect one day installation ,the foreman and his team were excellent fast and efficient and the price was right for all the work they had to do to make my basement safe thank you!
