I have a Pella patio sliding door with Blinds between the panes. The inside glass broke and I wanted it replaced. He told me that he can do it but it will take a few weeks to have it made to size as it is a pressure treated glass. Ok so we waited and he comes over to install the glass, Only he takes out the entire section including the blinds. I was under the impression that he was going to install a new piece glass to replace the one that broke. But no, he put in a 2 piece section of insulated glass without blinds! So now I have 1 door with blinds and one without blinds. He then trys to tell me that he told me about this and I am getting more and more upset with him. He never explained that he had to replace the existing glass with one without blinds. Well the window is out and I had no option except to have him install the glass he brought. Installed badly, not straight in the frame. As you can see I drew arrow showing the glass case not in the door frame correctly.

Stained or Specialty Glass Frank made a beautiful hanging window as a wedding gift for my husband and I of clear glass with diamond patterns and intricate design. It was a conversation piece in our home. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of it, but it was a truly treasured piece of art. Thank you Frank!

Frank had a professionalism when it came to design. The window was baked which is a very involved process. He succeeded to surpass with his craft.

Fine craftsman. He did a beautiful job repairing a 1920s large leaded glass window that was damaged by a falling tree limb. Excellent work and highly recommended.
