When the corona virus pandemic besieged us all, we realized that there was an opportunity to once again serve our community, but in a more future focused manner that made full use of the skills gained in energy efficiency and home improvement we had developed over the years. LDR is now focused on providing a very special, very important need to our community and our world-hyper energy efficient Passive House buildings as new homes and home renovations. We will no longer do smaller remodeling projects like kitchens, baths, additions and basements. We have moved on to doing just whole house Passive House 'Renphits' or new build Passive House homes. My one quibble is that the rental process was not as transparent as it could have been. For instance, I was able to return the rental car to their shop - which saved me time - but they had no process for checking the rental car to confirm that there was no damage. They simply held the car on their lot and notified the rental agency that it was there. So, I was not able to document that the car was undamaged when returned. This turned out to be a moot point in this case, but seems to me that if the car had been damaged on their lot after I turned it in, I could have been held liable for the damage. However, that quibble aside, I would definitely recommend this company."

Though Jason was fully booked up, he found the time to remove and replace the ceiling, install a new exhaust fan, and do all the associated repairs.
