Very well experience. The gentlemen first came and went through to the sales part of the process; everything was pretty smooth and easy. He was able to show us of the colors. When they installed and came, they were all very nice. They kept very neat outside. The sidings installers worked until 9 o'clock on the evening to finish it up.

Took 4 installation attempts to get the correct size and grid pattern for all 5 windows. Ended up filing complaint with Better Business Bureau. Months after 4th and final installation date, Lynn from Champion Corporate offered me a 10% discount for my "inconvenience" but would have to sign agreement to NOT say or write anything bad about Champion. Lynn also advised she could give me a bigger discount but this would then void my "Lifetime Warranty". Not sure if this is even legal ? Declined to give up my right to free speech, paid full price and letting people know of my terrible experience with Champion.

The salesperson seemed honest and he was patient. The work commenced within the contracted time. But once begun, the job seemed to take forever. They were understaffed and on the days that they showed up to work, they appeared to work about four hours when you discount the late arrival, early departure, and cigarette and lunch breaks. Since you need to be on hand to correct minor mistakes in the job (many), mostly involving trim details, the long duration would be a big problem for a customer who is not retired or who doesn't work from home like me. The quality of the workmanship and material is hard for me to judge because this is the only house that I have had resided with vinyl. But I can sum it up thusly, Lowes quoted me $17k, a highly regarded siding company in Kingston quoted me $30k plus. Champion did the job for $16.5k and it looks nice. I got what I could afford and it is done.

The initial salesman was professional and competent. Communication with the installation team was not great and they did not always show up/call at agreed upon times causing inconvenience and confusion. Windows were installed OK but installers used outdoor caulking on the inside of the house causing serious painting issues. We spent several days trying to remedy the situation but nothing worked satisfactorily. Also, when bright sunlight was behind windows, several of them had large cloudy looking ring shapes which were on the glass between the panes and couldn't be washed off. Finally the installation manager visited to assess the situation and said that affected windows would have to be re-ordered and replaced and the caulking would have to be removed and re-done. Six months after ordering the initial work, it was finally completed correctly, but only after considerable inconvenience and frustration on our part with many headaches along the way.

I had made an appointment to meet with the rep after work and gotten 3 email appointments reminders. Then, 24 hours before the appointment, they called and cancelled due to "scheduling issues". They wanted to reschedule weeks away and during the day. Not going to happen...

I used Champion Windows to replace my two sliders windows in my basement. I chose Champion because of an Angie?s List ?Big Deal? where I got $250 worth of windows for $25. I have bought a Big Deal before and it went well. If this had been my first time, I would probably never do it again.  Dealing with Champion was a hassle from the beginning.
When I signed up through Angie?s List and paid $50 ($25 each for two windows) I got the confirmation email that  Champion would contact me in a few days.  They didn?t. I had to contact Angie?s List who gave me a number to call and I got something set up.
The salesman who came over to do the initial measurement had never heard of the Big Deal I signed up for. First he was trying to argue that it was $25 off per window.  No it wasn?t. Then he was trying to get me to buy more windows so I could get a better
deal.  By this time I was wary of Champion, so I stuck with what I had signed up for.
After he left, I realized something.  The only way he was able to understand the deal was $225 off per window.  So that was all
he took off my order.  But I had paid $25 per window up front, so he should have taken off $250 per window.   The balance they thought I owed was $50 too high.  I immediately called and left a message for the district manager.  Never heard back.
A few weeks later, the tech who did the final measurements came over.  He was fine. He explained the district manager had been out with an injury.  So I gave him another chance and called and left another message.  Again, never heard back.  When the windows were in and they called to schedule the installation, I said this had to get resolved first.  Then they did take the disputed $50 off.
The actual installation went fine and the installer Brian did a good job.  They seem like quality windows.
Your review makes me select Yes or No would I use Champion again.  I'm not sure.  Overall I am satisfied with the windows but the company really needs to work on responsiveness.

The details are going to be difficult as I have not as yet hired them, but did choose a perfect color.  He unfortunately had no samples with him to leave so I contacted the supplier of the vinyl company chosen and they said they would be happy to send some to me.  It is always nice to have a sample to set up against the house and if need be for some painting purpose take with you to Benjamin Moore to match.  They have a financing plan which is great when you are older and cannot come up with as much cash as is needed to do the project.  As was the case with myself. Would have them back any time for more information and he left his card so I could email with other concerns if need be.  Wonderful experience.  Great people, do not rush you, pressure you or worse get upset because you need time to contemplate such a costly venture.

.Services were very good, responsive, pleased with job. Went from big screened in porch to large season porch. Only disappointment was installment date told it was going to be installed in two weeks wanted to go to 4/5 weeks but then installed sooner so customer was pleased with timing.

What they did there was fantastic. They call me right back whenever I call them. Their quality is not really good. Very responsive when they’re coming here to do the work.

He brought along a briefcase full of paperwork showing awards for quality products, a display window, a case with glass samples to demonstrate the reflective quality of their product. He was very pushy, we only wanted a price quote on windows for our porch. His presentation took almost two hours and when he eventually gave us a price he neglected to include some of the items we told him we wanted to have done. When we wouldn't sign a contract right away he kept pushing and even lowered his quote to try to get us to sign a contract before he would leave.  I didn't think we were ever going to get him out of our house. I'm sure their products are very good but the pushy salesman convinced us not to hire them.

Our contract with Champion was fulfilled in all its details. The salesman made an error in measuring in our favor.  The company absorbed the difference and did not charge us a penny more than the agreed upon monies.
The roof was installed the week after we finalized the deal with the salesman.  This was provident as contractors from our area were not available until October or November, which is not ideal as shingles need warmth to lay flat after installation -- so Champion's timing was providential.
We were attracted to the company by a newspaper ad announcing they install Owens Corning roofing which reviewed well. Their price was $3,000 more than the estimates we got from contractors in our town, despite the error in our favor. but I believe that the materials were better quality.  There had never been a complaint about them to the Better Business Bureau when we looked them up in September.
Our neighbor was a building manager in New York City before he retired, so I figure he knows his stuff.  He made a point of coming over to say what a good job the installers had done.
The installation took almost two days instead of the anticipated one day because additional roofing had to be delivered because of the measurement mistake. (Also, for some reason, the work began 1 hour later than expected.)  The two days to completion  was faster than I would have anticipated with other contractors.
Our 20 year old roof had to be redone because the old roof was installed without adequate ventilation which shortened what should have been a 25 to 30 year life..  Champion employed a different venting system, and we believe they resolved the issue. Of course, only time will tell us for sure.
The clean up was well done.  The installers used a magnet around the yard to ensure stray nails were picked up. They also left us three "squares" of roofing material in the event future repairs are needed.
Is it appropriate to mention that the one surprise was that the laborers were from Ecuador?  They had green cards, etc per their very pleasant, informative supervisor, who was  also from Ecuador, but who had been in this country 17 years.  When the job was finished, the same supervisor walked around the house with me to see if there were any issues.  I believe that his foreman was also supposed to check in with us, but we missed him when he came to pick up the left over materials (plywood, etc) as we were away from home.
