"Came to replace a broken part on my Kitchen Aid range. Replaced the part and now the oven doesn't heat to setpoint, broiler doesn't work at all, missing/loose hardware, did not leave in working order! He wouldn't tell me who sent him to my house. Sorry I didn't read these reviews, never would have had him work for me. Boy do I feel ripped off!"
