circuit breaker and outlet were fine so we envisioned a very expensive repair even though our dryer was fairly new.
We called J&S Appliance Repair from Angie's list because of the excellent rating it received and were very pleased that the repairman quickly identified and solved the problem. He found that one of the dials on the dryer had a hairline crack and switched dials to see if that could have caused the problem. Our dryer immediately started after the dials were switched and has been problem free ever since.
We received excellent service from J&S Appliance Repair and would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to friends.
Overall I felt that I got excellent service, work was done correctly and the service tech was excellent.
I had two people at my house the first was amazing and the second was good.
