By the time his crew left our home that day, the new equipment was working fine; all paperwork was signed; our bill was settled. And when he discovered dangerous black mold in the old system--hidden and worsening for years because of an error made long ago by the original installer--Mr. Nichols removed the cause of the trouble and also referred us to an excellent system cleaning service for our home--with whom we're already following up. I do recommend Mr. Nichols and A-1 Heating & Cooling Enterprises to anyone investigating an improvement--sudden or planned--for a home. We're relieved here at our home--and we're cool."
