We have an old AC unit and it stopped working so I call around to get some quotes for a new unit. Yancyâ s came and was the only company to take the time and look over the old beat up unit and managed to get it up and running , he could have easily just said itâ s junk and need a new one. The honesty and helpfulness was so good to see !! When the unit does finally go Yancyâ s will be my first and only call. Keep up the good work ð ð »

Water Heater - Repair or Service

Tankless Water Heater Installation
Yancy's Heating and Air Conditioning was an excellent choice. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Richard (the owner and installer my tank less water heater) was very knowledgeable, thoughtful of his layout , worked quickly and cleaned up very well after he was completed. Very professional. I had not found anyone on google to help with an emergency home situation in my basement and so I looked up home advisor and so happy I did. He was prompt and did an amazing job. Our home has two elderly parents and to be quite frank he was a life saver. I def recommend

Rick has been great to work within my older home. He took on the challenge of installing a new heating system in an older home with electric heat. He took the time and extra care to avoid disrupting the finished rooms, flooring, and ceiling. He was there promptly and worked diligently to completion. Great job, great company.

Rick installed a part in my hot water heater to help eliminate the sulfur smell. He offered to investigate and help me find the part if I was unable to do so. His work, his willingness to explain the process and time to complete it are spot on.....would hire him again!
