"If I could give 10 stars I would! We purchased a new home and needed a company to do HVAC maintenance - we go so much more. We have the maintenance contract along with a generation install (which was time sensitive for us) and Simons came thru. They even installed the generator during winter with snow on the ground! We returned home after 4 months and the hot water heater was not working, within 2 days - which much thanks to Honey in the office - we had a new tankless hot water heater.
