I was offered an appointment first thing in the morning the very next day or an after hours visit that night. I decided to do the morning appointment and Will was there first thing. He was able to assess and fix my problem in less than 30 minutes and was very transparent and affordable on pricing, and was a good with communication. A-1 Heating and Cooling will now be our HVAC care takers going forward!"

So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided.
