I had about a 2 foot slope of land under the patio and a large slope for the path and step area. This work was done by 4 guys over two hot July days. The bobcat helped dig and rough level it. A lot of material was moved around along with at least 4 pallets of pavers and the blocks for the steps. To finish it off, they put down top soil, grass seed and hay was placed down to finish the job off very well."

Allow me tell you why- On May 15th 2022 at 5:45 p.m., my house was hit by, what electrical engineers later estimated, was at least 80,000 volts of lightning. That huge, direct surge of energy destroyed all the systems and contents that made my house more than four walls and a roof. In addition to the bolt of lightning destroying all the systems in the house, it caused a violent, destructive fire. Thankfully I was home at the time of the incident, or the house would have quickly burned down all the way down and my pets would have suffered a terrible fate. Still, after all was said and done what had been my home for seventeen years was reduced to nothing more than an outer shell. I was immediately forced into the position to find, hire, and organize tradesmen from all specialties, negotiate the endless complexities of homeowners insurance, all while trying to find a place to live and continuing my self-employed full-time work schedule. It quickly became clear I needed the services of a general contractor. I interviewed a couple, but as soon as I met Dave I knew he was the man for the job. Dave was always on time or early. There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."

"I would hire this company over and over again! Humberto, his son and their guys are amazing! Our bathroom and laundry room had gotten water damage due to a backed up sewer line. Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. This was a tricky job because the shower sits under the stairs, but they were able to create something that fits perfectly, and gives us a more comfortable space to shower. The lead time is a little longer since they fabricate per order, but the installation was completed in a couple of days (that includes city inspections). Their crew was also very respectful of our home. Overall it was a great experience. "
