DO NOT DO LAWN MOWING, LAWN ROLLING OR WEEDING/POISON IVY OR OAK REMOVAL. I do spring and fall yard clean ups, including but not limited to, limb and leaf removal, hedges/tree trimming, bush/small tree removal. I can deliver soil, sand, rock (crushed and round stone) and mulch normally within 2 hours of when needed and can spread if needed at additional cost. "They never showed up after agreeing to complete the work on 12/2. After leaving texts, voicemail and email on 12/2 (after having to cancel dr appt), I assumed they would prioritize my property on 12/3. Not so. Again left text, voicemail, email and talked to a representative on their 877-# number who said they would get the job done. He also gave me a direct number to call to help me talk to their scheduling coordinator. I left another voicemail at that number. AGAIN, no snowplowing OR response to my message. I called today and left another voicemail (not as polite as previous voicemails, due to frustration) still no response. No one is answering calls, even though the snow and plowing window of 24 hrs has passed. I am not sure if Angi can do anything to resolve this as I've tried everything I can think of. Would definitely caution anyone to beware."
