"First of all I repaired your mower for a total of 170.00 and that included the service call fee and tax, actual repair to mower was 98.00, second was the generator parts 118.00 labor 65.00 and ups 11.00, gen repair was 210.00.your total repair for two machines came to 380.00 not 500.00 the total labor chg for repairing two machines was 110.00.My prices are no different than any other major repair shop, I charge only for what I do, I guarantee my work, I don't charge an expensive repair without authorization first, complete carburetors are expensive. I know for a fact that there are other small engine repair people that only have a few years experience and are charging more than me and doing substandard work. I always give my customers an estimate or choices when repairs are expensive. I provide quality work with 42 yrs of experience, at least you know who's working on your machine and it's done right and I stand behind it. "When I delivered this machine I told him we cleaned the carb but it was still not working properly but he could run it on part choke, I told him a new carb would take care of it, he did not want to spend any more money, I spent a lot of time on this machine I never charged him for, i hung up on this man because I will not take verbal abuse or be falsely accused , glad he's gone, would never deal with him again and pity anyone who got him as a customer, don't need that in my life,"

"machine worked properly each time after visit, could be operator error, don't know. Customer never called me to let me know there was still a problem. Like I have posted before, I can't help you if I don't know you have a problem. You have to call me, I only go on line like once every 3 months, you have to call, I stand behind all my work , have for 41 years."
