So i wondered,"Is this another race thing!?" Is this an example of a business requiring the African American family put down way more money than the average "White" customer? He attempted to explain and stated that he dropped it down to 500.00 since the service guy didn't inform us of the deposit fee amount normally charged. I mentioned that I'm asking to determine if this is a business that I want to spend my hard earned money with! Do you know what the manager says!? Well, It's not the end of the world if you decide not Not want us to do the JOB!" Who does That!? In my opinion, he just blatantly confirmed that my green money is NOT welcome since I have Ebony hands/skin!!" Since we didn't need the cars that night, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Right at the appointment time, the Felluca repairman showed up. The repairman discussed the pro's and con's of replacing both springs as they were of the same age. It made sense and I had him go ahead and do it. The repair was made quickly and garage door inspected and found to be working correctly. I could not have asked for faster or more courteous service."
