They responded in a 2 day turnaround which was much better than some of the bigger outfits. Their price a little lower and i think the owner is involved in all calls. Robert Pugsley has many years of experience under his belt. After they left ., my door was not flush with the ground, so they came back out and replaced my drums with out any additional charge.

Leading up to the installation of the door, Dave keep in contact with me about his arrival time. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would. He began removing the old door right away. Then came installing the new one. They worked right along and before I knew it, they were done. They picked up everything leaving no mess and even took the old door away. We were very pleased with Dave. We would definitely have him back again!!

Bob gave me a quote for the project on a Monday. On Friday morning the same week he came and removed the old door and opener and installed the new one. Bob did everything he said he would in a neat and orderly manner. He cleaned up after the job and went over the operation of the unit. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend him to others.

Unit could not be repaired so decided to have a new one done.  They came and did the work for me on a Saturday since week days was not convenient due to work and there was no way for them to get into my garage.
Came and did the work when they said they would.  And very professional and personable.
There was a little glitch that somehow my neighbor ended up having access to my door.  Every time the neighbor used her remote my door went up or down.  
I called them and they came right back out to fix it.
I HIGHLY recommend them.

Bob fit me in his busy schedule, on short notice. He arrived when he said he would and communicated thoroughly the work that had to be done to fix the door. He estimated the amount of time needed to do the work and completed it to plan. I would hire Bob again in the future and recommend him to others.
