It went excellently from our visit to their showroom to the final installation. All low-key and quite professional. We could not have been moe satisfied with the experience.

The installer did an excellent job, was very personal and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the new door.

I called on 7/10/16 for an estimate on a broken single car garage door. Jessica came out on 7/12/16 and quoted me "Repair door - springs, cables, sheaves - $143 + tax". New keypad: $40 and new remotes: $35ea. I scheduled Tracey Door to come out on 7/26. I added an additional piece of trim to the order and we went over the cost. Tracey Door called on 7/25 and told me that they'd be arriving between 1 - 3. They arrived at 2pm. The installer proceeded to rip everything apart, replace everything, and then tried to program the new remotes. The new remotes couldn't be programmed so they just took them back with them and took them off the bill. The technician told me that "she didn't write it on the quote for safety springs and i had to put new ones on so that's an additional $15". They missed two things in the original quote: the safety springs, and the strut. It ended up costing me an additional $30 dollars over the original quote. I called Tracey door and expressed dissatisfaction with the idea that prices changed and was told "well I'm not the repairman so if additional things are needed at the time of a service call, then they'll charge you for that ..." So I guess, buyer beware of extra costs. Their line in the estimate that says "Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders". They don't apparently go by that. The repair went fine so I won't fault them on their workmanship or punctuality, but their estimates need to be all-inclusive and a worst case scenario. I will fault them on the fact that the installer didn't have the appropriate finish nails to hang the piece of trim and ended up using mine ( every 4 inches ).

Their repairman was on time and very helpful. He answered all my questions and fixed the problem. I will certainly use them in the future.

The doors look great and the installation went smooth.  I wasn't home at the time, but the installer called to ask if I had questions and what I wanted for keypad codes to open the door.  The  2 chamberlain belt drive door openers were bought from a big box home improvement store.  I saved a little $ buying the opener myself and paying them an installation fee.  My only qualm is a couple of the joints between the tracks were not completely flush with one another.  It doesn't seem to interfere with the operation of the door, so it's probably just my OCD nature taking over.  
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the services they provided. Tracey deals primarily with CHI doors.  With any professional company the cost is going to be on the high end.  Even through I had cheaper quotes from a couple area competitors, I chose Tracey as the CHI door was 2" thick vs. the 1 3/8th inch doors the other company's were quoting me on.  The CHI door was also a thicker gauge steel.  Additionally, the CHI door had the best warranty of the 3 quotes I got.  The prices between to company's were within $50 of one another, So bang for the buck Tracey was the best IMO.

The installation of the basic garage door unit went very well. Where we ran into trouble was getting the MyQ Internet control feature to function. I can best characterize the challenge as a difference of philosophy regarding who was responsible for following through on getting this feature to work properly. It was and remains my position that the primary installer is responsible for making sure that every feature, even more advanced and premium features, works as advertised. Initially, it was Tracey door's position that they didn't really want much to do with getting this feature working and referred me to the manufacturer to get it working. This went very poorly. The manufacturer's technical support was unhelpful. When I finally got fed up with finishing the installation myself and forcefully put it to Tracey Door to fix the issue, they came up with an employee who apparently knew how to get the MyQ Internet feature working. This young man came to my house and had it working in a few minutes. That was great and I appreciate Tracey Door for finally solving the problem, but it was after 30 or more days of aggravation I could have easily done without.

From initial phone call to get estimate to completion of work everything was excellent. Andrew arrived on time ...very courteous...explained in detail all the features and how to operate the opener.His work results  were  outstanding. Terrfic customer service.
