"The contractor rushed the job, did very little prep, and painted in eggshell instead of the requested matte finish. Walls had bumps, imperfections, and paint drips. Walter underbid other quotes, but now I understand it was because he cut corners and cheapened the quality. Walter left a spatula wedged high on the front door, which caused the door to tear and scrape the wall when closing. He told me earlier it ?will keep happening? and expected me to deal with it. Walter made excuses to fix the door and wall but never came back, so I had to hire someone else to repair the door. I have attached photos of the damage. I do not recommend this contractor. "

"The work that was completed was done well and the individual that did the work did it well and was courteous and polite. However the job was never completed. The day the technician arrived he was unable to complete the job because he ran out of chemicals. Then there were numerous issues with scheduling the initial job and trying to schedule the return to complete the job because the technician had various problems ( a personal emergency, an accident, a problem with equipment). In the end we became frustrated with the continuous rescheduling attempts and decided to seek someone else to complete the work. "

"We hired Aaliyah Landscaping to address the overgrown bushes in front of our home, which had become an obstruction to accessing the front door, and we also needed access behind the bushes on either side to repair siding around the windows that tends to loosen during windy conditions. He used WD-40 on the window mechanism. He cleaned up perfectly, and the windows in our house have never looked better. We will have him return next year. Amazing job!"
