"I was very impressed with the tech that came out. She was knowledgeable and spent 45 minutes looking around the foundation of my house to find where they were getting in. She took care of closing those openings and set baits out in my basement. She has been out twice to set baits and they gave me a year guarantee. After the first treatment there was very noticeable improvement. I’m very happy with them. From the owner/manager Kennedy, I first spoke with, to the very professional tech Kathrine, they sent out, It was a good experience and I would definitely call them again."

"Ray was great He was very cost conscious and was thorough and efficient. He found many entry points for mice in my cellar and patched them up. He found where they were in my basement and placed the necessary deterrents. I trust him and are very confident with him. I would recommend him, emphatically!"

"I received quotes from other wildlife companies who wanted to charge me $5000 plus to remove bats from my attic. I was told I had a â bat problem.â I had Matt and Brian stop by from VerminX to get a third quote. Both were super knowledgeable and took their time to check every nook and cranny in the house before giving their assessment. Contrary to these other wildlife companies, they advised me I do not have a bat problem, explained why and quoted me $1400 to bat proof my attic / residence. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone with integrity to actually assess the problem and not use a â fear factorâ technique by telling me I have a large bat problem when there were just a couple stray bats that managed to work their way into my house. If you donâ t want to be scammed into spending thousands of dollars when you may not have to, I highly recommend giving this company a call to give you a knowledgeable and honest assessment of the problem."

Bird Control questions, answered by experts

The cost for bird and bat control services typically ranges from $300 to $1,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the size and severity of the infestation, the specific removal method used, and the complexity of accessing the affected areas.

Identifying the specific animal running on your roof at night can be challenging without direct observation. Common nocturnal roof visitors include raccoons, squirrels, opossums, and rats. Raccoons are bigger and can create heavy thumping sounds. Squirrels are agile and may produce rapid scurrying noises. Opossums tend to move stealthily with less noise. Rats can make scratching or gnawing sounds. To determine the culprit, look for signs like footprints, droppings, or damaged areas near the roof. For accurate identification, consult a pest control professional or set up wildlife cameras near potential entry points.

Some animals, such as bats or birds, will be able to get out of chimneys on their own since they can fly. Other animals, however, may have a harder time and will require the help of a professional to escape. Squirrels and raccoons in particular may become stuck inside a chimney, especially if you have a buildup of soot or creosote inside. This can prevent them from being able to climb out, in which case you’ll need to call an animal control expert to help remove them.

Natural swimming pools are designed to deter pests, including mosquitoes. While any body of water can potentially attract pests, the natural filtration system keeps the water clean and constantly moving. Mosquitoes specifically are attracted to standing water, so the continuously circulating water in a natural pool makes it an inhospitable environment for them.

Woodpeckers peck at the break of dawn and take a break whenever the sun is not shining. On sunny days, expect pecking from dawn to dusk. On cloudy days, expect sporadic pecking when the sun peeks through. These birds are most active in the spring; you’ll hear them drumming as soon as the weather turns warm.
