I don't know about anyone else but if you need raccoon or bat removal or cleanup, I highly recommend you call Stephanie at Wildlife Management and no I wasn't paid for this review. My communication and work with her were totally outstanding."

"We have been a customer for over ten years. Noticed bees in our home and called to get a date of annual spray, after calling in three times, finally got to speak with someone and was told they were behind 2-3weeks. After the first spray, which was an "emergency appt" they tried to reschedule, still bees in our home, came back and sprayed a second time. We still have very active wasps getting in somewhere and after days of calling, they will not respond to any of the messages we have left."

"I contacted this company almost 2 years ago. The “training” they provide is not training. It’s a piece of paper they give you to train your own dog. My dog is medium sized and he became very nervous and didn’t want to go out. I called several times and after they get your money they don’t care. The put the line in right after winter, but the ground was frozen in the back stil so they told me they would come back and dig when the ground was thawed. They never did. I had to call them and they acted like I was bothering. Then after I finally got my dog ok with going on with the collar he got out the yard a couple of times. I checked the collar and it wasn’t working. I reported this to them and they kept telling me make sure it’s charged. I finally recorded that it was fully charged and not working. He came out a week later and tried to tell me it was the collar and I showed him the video and he rocked the box and it was the box. Use another company please!"

"Jordan went up on all four sides of my 2 story house to see where squirrels were trying to enter. They weren't getting into the attic yet as there is foam insulation covering the inside. The trouble spots were caused by rotting wood. What T&C could do would be a temporary fix and a roofer was needed. When everything is repaired if the squirrel(s) continue trying to get in, I won't hesitate to have T&C return. The assessment was VERY reasonable."

"After Healthy Homes did such a great job on my rental apartment, decided to see if they could help me with the cigarette smell in my car. Was sold a small handheld fog machine and some Un-Odor product. Fogged the entire interior of my vehicle, sprayed the product on all surfaces. After washing the windows with Windex and wiping everything down with a dry towel, the car was free from odor and looked and smelled clean and fresh! Fantastic Products!!!"

"Tl;Dr… this company is shady, they will lie, treat you with disrespect, and WILL NOT finish the job. I recommend you to not trust anything Tom or anyone here says to you and find someone else. ——— Target Pest Control is NOT to be trusted. I am hopeful that my experience is an anomaly, but the way this company treats their customers is not ideal. To even get ahold of anyone here, you need to call an “answering center” that only takes your info and says the “office will call you back”. The office ignored most of my calls after I became a customer. After waiting a couple days (although I made it clear the item was urgent), the exterminator comes out and does a shady job. They were late, never called when on the way (as promised), and they did not exterminate properly and thoroughly. The exterminator seemed to be a novice that was unable to answer any questions. Following this, they said the issue will be mostly resolved in a few days. A week later, the issue was not resolved… it was back to square one. After multiple non returned calls, and repeated false information, I am finally told they’ll come back (8 days later). During that trip, the exterminator failed to call day of and de-prioritized the work. He ended up being hours late, then 45 mins to the last promised time… and then NEVER showed up. This is after multiple false statements made via phone. I would not recommend this company. They’ve caused costly construction delays, stress, and treated myself and my partners with complete disrespect."
