"I had what wound up being a big project, a house built in 1955 on 4 acres with a cinder block foundation and roof ridgeline with many entry points. I called on a Saturday and left a message and one of the principals of the company called me on Sunday to ask me about the problem and make an appointment for one of their people to visit and assess the situation. He came (on time) two days later and spent over an hour crawling over every square inch of the house to see the extent of our infestation and made a recommendation. We hired VerminX. They took three days to complete the work. They had 4-5 people on the job, all courteous and knowledgeable.
