Kenny came right out and within an hour had my unit back in business. Even checked my furnace and tested my unit to make sure everything was running the way it should. Super friendly & reasonable! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

Professional on every level from covering their shoes every time they went in and out, thorough problem investigation, courteous and great explanations throughout the process, reasonable and fair prices, solid install and equipment. What's more, even long after I paid in full, they continued to go to bat for me with National Grid who identified a problem on their end and promised repeatedly to fix it but as of this comment, has not yet done so. 6 stars for Mr. Electric if I could!"

"They came in and removed and replaced two hot water heaters they went beyond their work of what needed to be done very thankful for them they we're very flexible with their time we got in contact with them the night before and they came right out the next day we we're up and running in no time they where very pleasant and polite.
