The installers, Felix, Ryan, and Antonio were here right on time, were very professional, worked with me on how I wanted it done, did a great job, cleaned up all the workplace, tested the equipment, and got the job done in one day. Simons's office personnel, Danyan, Marissa, Crystal,and Tammy were perfect in scheduling, following up, doing warranty registration, and applying for National Grids rebate. The unit is performing great, it is so quiet you don't even know it's on. It can even provide heat down to below zero and save alot on operating costs. Lenox makes superior equipment! "They came in and removed and replaced two hot water heaters they went beyond their work of what needed to be done very thankful for them they we're very flexible with their time we got in contact with them the night before and they came right out the next day we we're up and running in no time they where very pleasant and polite. Dealing With the pricing I can say they where very reasonable I would recommend anybody to go to them at any given time they were awesome thank you so much guys we are definitely keeping you as our main source for our house repairs keep doing what you do!!"

"We have used Sure-Temp over the years from 2007 through 2011. They have done lighting upgrades to installing new ductless- split Air Conditioning systems to repairing our Carrier systems.
