"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

He went out of his way to find us a unit that was reliable but fit our budget. Sean also helped us every step of the way with permits and warrenty information. Professional on every level from covering their shoes every time they went in and out, thorough problem investigation, courteous and great explanations throughout the process, reasonable and fair prices, solid install and equipment. What's more, even long after I paid in full, they continued to go to bat for me with National Grid who identified a problem on their end and promised repeatedly to fix it but as of this comment, has not yet done so. 6 stars for Mr. Electric if I could!"

Jason explained step-by-step what he was doing along the way & what would work best within our home with 4 different price ranges that would work for us. Jason was very informative. He mentioned and advised me on some items that would require attention on a monthly basis which I was grateful for. Upon completion, he reviewed the bill and explained any questions that I had.
