The other company wouldn't show up to look at it so we called Jack Basement Man Brady. He brought his crew over two days later, found, and fixed, several deficiencies in how the dry well had been put in, and added a sump pump as extra protection. He also made some other improvements to keep the rainwater away from our foundation. Jack and his team were very thorough and the price was reasonable. He explained everything in great detail, maybe too much detail sometimes, and made sure we understood why he did everything. Also, it rained hard again a few days later and the dry well held up but we noticed a leak in a different spot. Jack came back and fixed that too, at no extra charge. We would highly recommend Jack for any basement flooding projects."
