We had a new floor put in our main kitchen, and a major rebuild in the basement apartment after mold remediation. This included masonry and plumbing, drywall, trim, and studs,cabinet rebuild, painting, and tile floor installation in multiple rooms. The work included repair to downstairs ceilings, painting, as well as replacement of numerous doors, and replacing hardware in other rooms. I cannot say enough good things about this company and crew. They did impeccable work, were patient and helpful when materials delivered incorrectly and immediately helped us figure out solutions that turned out better than our original plans. They were respectful in our home, did amazing daily cleanup and the end result exceeded our expectations, which is not easy to do. "We were very pleased with the job performed. Helio's team expanded and renovated our small master bathroom. We took out a large closet and converted it into our shower. Once started, they worked quickly and efficiently. We did have a few small hiccups, namely using our garage to cut tiles and mix thinset, which created an exorbitant amount of dust coating my tools, bikes, and anything else that was stored in the garage. We also had an issue with the cleanliness of the home after some of the workers left, however, after we brought it to Helio's attention, he made sure to tell the team to do a better job moving forward. Contract was a little confusing, so I would encourage many questions to clarify things ahead of time such as timeline for selecting certain items, confirming when the next payments are due etc. All in all, we're pleased with the project and how it turned out."
