"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Our newly renovated front porch adds to the value of our home, our street, and our community. Jonathan and Jerson, along wit their architect wrorked very hard to design, budget, and build the almost new addition to our home. And let me tell you it wasn’t easy to satisfy us as we turned out to be tough customers. But we were able to develop a trusting relationship which was a benefit to all. The work was expensive but well worth it (probably more of that goes on us because we wanted what we wanted). We were able to negotiate. Good thing because the job might not have gotten done without that. The quality was also exceptional. In fact it was beyond our expectations. Jerson is a master carpenter, highly skilled in framing and finish work. The masons on their crew were also masters of the stone. They built us a beautiful path leading to our new porch. I guess the best thing I can say about the Finest Craftman is that they are genuinely good people in addition to being highly professional and skilled. They are people you can trust. "I was very happy with the price and the work that was done to create the room. There were three estimates and this price was what I wanted to spend. I was pleased with the workers who came to complete the project, everyone was very friendly and answered any questions that I asked. A porta potty was placed outside so the workers did not have to come into the house, and it was great that I didn't have to be home when they were working downstairs. They entered and exited through the egress window. At the beginning of the project there were two mistakes made but as soon as I mentioned them to the contractor they were immediately corrected. They notified me through a phone call each day that they were coming and almost always were on time. I would definitely recommend this company,"

"Our entire job was extensive, replacing all windows (new construction not inserts), remove/install siding, replace all outdoor trim changing it from wood to Azek, new indoor trim around new windows, new soffits, new gutters, new front door and surround, new garage doors, new outdoor lighting and new front porch.  The first contractor not only walked off the job but his work had to be removed and redone due to poor workmanship by the first contractor.  Cary came to the rescue, because we continued to uncover more work that had to be redone we paid Cary and his helper by the hour.  His work ethic was unquestionable.  He showed up on time and worked the promised 8 hours.  Cary did all the siding, soffit installation and basic outside trim which included a 1 x 8 freeze board a 1x4 board, dentil molding then cove molding along the roof line. He also cut the arches from the Azek.  Because my design for the front door surround was rather intricate Cary brought in two carpenters who were unbelievably talented.  He had them cut the remaining dentil that was needed on site.  He also brought in someone who installed the gutters and downspouts. Cary also installed our french doors with a retractable screen and as the Anderson construction rep said, " this is the best installation I have ever seen".  The overall project went smoothly once Cary took over the job.  He is respectful and listens to what you want and most importantly was there when I needed him."

"Malik runs a very professional operation. From the time of initial phone contact with Malik (yes, he does answer his own phone) to the final post-job cleanup, this was a hassle-free project for me. Malik's crew showed up promptly each morning, and under the supervision of Malik or his equally capable foreman ("Mr. Z"), every detail of this work was performed in a skilled, highly competent and precise manner. Once begun (except for rain days), the job was continued through completion. Worth noting also is the fact that, although he was aware of my budget limitations, Malik was able to deliver a first-class job which the quality of the finished product reflects. I would enthusiastically recommend him to any Angie's List member (and will be contacting him myself for all future work on my house).
