We are a family owned and operated business and have been providing service for our community for over 20 years. Repairs are done quickly and professionally with the most competitive prices around. We are an Authorized Warranty Station for most of the major electronics manufactures. For units out of warranty we charge $20 to $40 dollars (depending on size of unit) for a bench fee and that is deducted from the labor if you decide to have the unit fixed. We also provide In-Home Service for those units too big to lug around. Service Calls start at $75 dollars in town (Hornell) and prices vary outside of town depending on travel distance. This includes the trip charge and the first half hour of labor (in which most cases is all it takes). If a part needs to be ordered the second trip is free. After you've made a decision to have your unit fixed we will warranty the labor for at least 30 days and warranty the part according to the vender policy we purchased it from (at least 6 months). TV and Stereo installation for home or business is another specialty of ours. Have your new or existing TV and/or surround sound installed professionally in your home our business to take out the fuss out of enjoying your home entertainment. Part of this service is to educate the customer on how things work and to answer any questions that may concern you. We do not only fix things we also recycle LCD, Plasma, and DLP TV's so that it'safe for the environment. TV's have a high content of Mercury that should be disposed of properly. So if you have any electronic device that isn't not working properly or have a broken TV that you want to through away please give us a call!

Our company began as a decorative concrete pool surrounds company in 1984. Back then, the company, known as Concrete Concepts, was run by the Presidents father. For years he worked alongside his father learning the ins and outs of the industry. In 2007, the company moved into the market of full pool installations in the states of North and South Carolina. By 2015 the company got passed from father to son. The president became heavily involved in the fiberglass pool market and in 2017 he decided to completely change the direction of the company and focus fully on pool installations. In 2018 the company underwent a name change to Oasis Pool & Spa. Oasis Pool & Spa strives as a whole to surpass industry standards and maintain exceptional professionalism throughout the company. Creating a personal paradise for every client will remain the goal throughout the life of the ever-growing company.

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Evaporation causes up to 70% of outdoor pools’ energy losses, according to the U.S. Department of Energy. While you can’t completely prevent evaporation, different types of pool covers can help a lot. Pool enclosures, however, don’t do much to stop evaporation—and the cost to build a pool enclosure likely won’t tempt you to try.

Each state has its own regulations about pool fences, and laws to protect both swimmers and pool owners. Before installing a pool, you’ll need to research what the pool laws in your state, city, and county are to ensure that you’re adhering to the legal regulations. Inground pools typically need to have a fence around the entirety of them, but the rules regarding above-ground pools are less stringent. A good rule of thumb is to always have a fence around your pool to ensure safety for all.

Your pool enclosure’s lifespan will depend on the type and materials, but on average, you can expect it to last 10 to 15 years. The climate and level of maintenance will also affect how long your pool enclosure lasts.

If you’re unsure of how your pool is doing in general, you can always get a pool inspection to make sure everything’s running smoothly.

There are many factors to consider when building an in-ground concrete pool. This includes the pool’s primary purpose (relaxation or exercise) if you live in a warm or cold climate (how often it’ll be used), and if you have the budget for chemical treatments and pool maintenance. In-ground pools are often more costly than aboveground pools, but they’re considered more luxurious and hold more value.

If you are installing a fiberglass pool, you may want to install or update your patio or deck at the same time to create a safe, comfortable place to sit and dry off or grab a bite to eat after swimming. You might also consider adding a hot tub to the mix, which costs $6,000 on average.
