Project was supposed to take 7 to 9 days but they took over 3 weeks not showing up on many days and only worked a few hours each time they did come

We had huge ice dams causing major problems to our house. They came right over in inclement weather and worked their butts off. Their price was more than fair. I really appreciated their promptness and work ethic.

My roof is beautiful. I went with Brian's recommendation and it was a great choice. They work very efficiently and provide excellent quality. I did not expect the roof to be done as soon as it was, but because of the weather forcast, they came in on Saturday and worked all day. Instead of being done the following Friday, they were cleared out by Wednesday. And, they cleaned up well after they finished.

I hired Brian for an emergency situation in which our whole finished basement was not getting electricity. He root caused the issue quickly and resolved the issue. He was very professional and even gave recommendations on how to prevent this in the future. I will definitely hire him again for other electrical repair issues.

Hired him on Friday. He asked for money upfront. My husband wrote a check and he never showed when he said he would. Had to send him a note 4 times to find out when he was coming. Finally told him to refund our money after he had cashed check Friday. VERY unprofessional
