"Right from the start and throughout the entire project Castle did an outstanding job communicating. They asked questions and offered suggestions for resolving our plumbing project. Prior to their arrival I asked for some additional work, which Rick came prepared and took care of everything in one visit. Rich showed up on time, shared insights on how to save money, and quickly took care of each project. We had one minor issue with the plumbing after Rich left and he returned promptly the next morning to resolve the issue. We wish we had found Castle Services prior to now as they are efficient and communicate well, which we have not found with any previous contractors. Great Job!"

"We discovered that water was leaking into our home and that ice on the roof had formed a d***.  Of course, we discovered this at 8:30pm on a Friday night!  My husband called Onondaga County Construction and Matt came out the next day, as promised.  The ice was removed and he gave us a quote to install heat tape/coil on the roof to allow the water to drain in the future.  He came back a few days later, again, as promised, and installed the necessary materials.  He never charged us for the ice removal.  So far, his solution has solved our problem.  Matt is honest and reliable.  A great, no nonsense contractor who will give you good advice, fair prices and will complete the work when and how he promises. We are very glad to have found Onondaga County Construction and plan to call him for some siding work in the spring!

It went excellent. My neighbors loved the guys, very respectful. Don is a very nice man, full of energy to do anything I asked. Man he gets it done and with efficiency. The outcome was excellent which led me to hiring him again to remodel my master bathroom. Quality of work was professional and quick! Didn't stretch the work, his workers were hard working. "Right from the beginning I was impressed with the customer service. Unlike some contractors, Matt showed up when he said he would, or let me know promptly if there would be a delay. The work (replacing the gable end siding on my medium sized barn) was done competently and quickly, clean-up was complete, all of the crew were pleasant, polite, and considerate about making as little disruption for me as possible. I would certainly use them again."
