"I hired them to open my pool, which in my past experience was to have the covered removed and put away, have it vacuumed and put in chemicals and be able be to swim within a few days, if not they would come back and do what they had to do to get it clean. They came quickly and took the cover off, dumped the chemicals and left. I was told he would he come back and check on it few days. I had to contact them after 5 days because the pool was still dark green. I was charged for additional â service callâ to pay for what I thought was included in opening my pool. 5 days later it is still green. So I guess I will try and figure this out myself I gave them a 3 because they were friendly and efficient but I donâ t feel like I got what I paid for"

"I had a fantastic experience with Water Squad Pools for closing my pool this season! Their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took care of everything efficiently, ensuring my pool was properly winterized and ready for the colder months. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took with my equipment. Plus, they answered all my questions with patience. I couldn’t be happier with the service! Highly recommend Water Squad Pools for all your pool needs. Five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
