The location was tricky and there was heavy work to be done, such as moving a semi filled washing machine. Barbara (owner/plumber) said she’d take care of ot and SHE DID!!! She saved the old pipe for us to inspect and we couldn’t believe the corrosion and blockage inside the pipe. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to other prices I received. "A few months back, my wife and I found Lazer's (owner of NYC Plumbing, Heating and Drain Cleaning) contact info via Google HomeAdvisor as we needed to get a boiler installed, but luckily at that time the boiler company provided free installations - however, we saved Lazer's contact info incase we needed further work. Earlier today, I needed to get an urgent blockage/clog fixed in our basement sink and reached out to Lazer, who was beyond helpful in terms of pricing and availability. He sent one of his workers (Elton) who was not only able to resolve/fix the issue in a matter of mins, but Elton was also kind enough to fix/seal a pipe under the sink which our contractors messed up while installing it. Not only that, but Elton also saw my family and I struggling with a smart thermostat and he went out of his way to help us with the thermostat as well - Jack of all trades!! Lets just say, moving forward I know for sure Lazer and his team will be my go-to people for any plumbing needs. Not only are they fast, helpful and respond right away; but they are very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and very reasonably priced. Overall, amazing work and very reliable!! Highly recommend!!"

"I couldn't be happier! I did not know the location of my cesspool, and wanted it serviced while it had last been at least 5 years since it had been pumped. Two gentlemen arrived exactly on time, and went to work to locate the cesspool. This was truly not an easy task-- pipes appeared to go towards the back yard, however in the end were located in the front. The Foreman even entered an old accessory stairway where the pipes exit to look more closely-- had to use a small ladder to go through access way to a large crawl space over old stairs to the basement. There were no outside vents and they used a metal detector to find the tank. When they located a tank, they didn't stop there. After some investigation the foreman was convinced it was an overflow tank, and he set out then to find the main, which was eventually located a distance away under landscaping bushes. He was diligent and determined-- I truly believe some may likely have stopped at the first tank, especially while it had taken so much time and effort to find it. They then installed 2 tubes with caps for future easy access, and pumped and treated the systems. They even washed off the surrounding grass and bushes-- I never would have thought of that. The gentlemen were friendly and professional, and very hard working. The foreman even kindly educated me a bit on the system, and what one should do, what types of tanks I have, etc. In the end, they spent a good three hours at my home, applied the %10 discount from Angie's List, and I believe the final cost of the service was more than fair. Thank you! I am very happy, and would highly recommend Priority Cesspool. I will definitely have them back for continued future maintenance.

"My hot water tank was leaking and I was getting worried that it might burst. reached out to Angie's list and lucky for me that out of the many companies who could have called me. It was HSM piping and heating who called within 15 minutes. A gentleman by the name of Ackeno was asking me many questions, but all along he could hear the concern in my voice of how worried I was. At 8:00 PM. He drove the 45 minutes to my house looked at my situation and assured me all would be well until a new water heater tank was installed. Ackeno was very professional, polite, and most of all honest when it came to what the cost would be, and what he needed to do. Within 24 hours my new tank was installed. The old one was very corroded and had served me well for the 12 years that I had it. No one wants to have to replace a hot water tank but if you do Ackeno and his team will make it the most worry, free, and pleasant experience possible.
