All five feet tall Barbara came over, diagnosed the problem. The pipe in the basement had to be cut out and replaced. The location was tricky and there was heavy work to be done, such as moving a semi filled washing machine. Barbara (owner/plumber) said she’d take care of ot and SHE DID!!! She saved the old pipe for us to inspect and we couldn’t believe the corrosion and blockage inside the pipe. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to other prices I received. Thanks to Sal and Mike for responding so quickly and fixing the issue so the countertop can get installed. this allowed the rest of kitchen installation to complete on time and on schedule.
