"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"They came with a swat team of 14 men, as scheduled.  (Materials delivered 45 minutes in advance by a man who came to the door and introduced himself.)   The foreman and owner introduced themselves, the estimator came by and all were cheerful, professional and ready to work, and knowledgeable about the job.  The foreman coordinated with me about details, and answered questions I had. He took photos of the work as it progressed and showed me.  When I left, he gave me his cell phone # and responded to my call.  He was courteous, personable, professional, proud of his work, and managed the team of workers well.  The team on the roof and in the yard worked well and efficiently together.  The foreman made decisions about matters as they came up, always with a mind to please me.  His decisions were never about company time or money.

The job was done several hours before the promised time.  The foreman offered to email me the photos of the job for my records.
