"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"As a disabled homeowner on a fixed and limited income, I am dependent on the professionalism and workmanship from quality contractors who I can trust. Finding someone who was willing to work on a small repair to the cupola of my steep roof was proving to be a challenge until I found Chris Marshall on Angie's List. When I contacted Chris he came to my home the very same day to give me a firm estimate so that I could budget for this repair before winter. His estimate was fair and complete. He was very friendly and personable but what impressed me most was how thorough he was in explaining how he would repair the cupola. His detailed explanation made me feel confident I would not have to make more repairs for years to come. Chris was very prompt about answering my questions and returning my calls to schedule the project. Chris understood the urgency of repairing this portion of my roof before winter weather arrived. On the first sunny day that I had room my schedule, he arrived promptly at 3 p.m. as we agreed because I wanted to be here while he worked. I was impressed with how efficiently he completed this project. Within an hour and 20 minutes Chris and his helper we're able to remove the existing shingles, nails and debris from the cupola. He installed new ice and water shield barrier and new architectural shingles and finished it off with ridge caps and replaced my original weather vane. More importantly every piece of debris was removed and picked up so I didn't have to clean up nails or broken shingles. I could not believe how carefully and quickly they worked as a team to get this job done. I am so relieved that this part of my roof is repaired. I have programmed his number in my phone for any of my home contracting needs. And he will be the first contractor I call for any future jobs that I have. I would not hesitate to refer him to any of my family or friends. His prices are fair. He is trustworthy. He is efficient and thorough. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
