"I did not hire him to do work. I hired him to do an analysis of a crack in my concrete flooring. A company that does repairs of this type quoted me $23000.00 to fix the problem. He set me up with a gauge to measure any movement over time, but he did not think there is a concern. We are monitoring the gauge and need to wait for the results.
