Mr Dâ Souza understood the project objectives and performed excellently.

Very good work and flexible with our on and off schedule. Very happy with the results. The work involved replacing some ugly blacktop with patio stones.

Mr. Souza is very kind and did a great job repairing our deck stairs. I had asked for a receipt to be given when the job would be completed. He said he would and it is over a week since the repair was done and he was paid and still no receipt. I called him and still no.

Mr. Souza is a very nice guy and does excellent work! But, his subcontractors don’t always uphold his high standards. Check the work of the subcontractors (painters, etc.) carefully and he will make it right if the quality isn’t great.

Mr. Souza and his team did a great job fixing the brickwork and slates on the patio. Mr. Souza was very professional, knowledgeable, explained the work needed clearly, and was always punctual. Excellent work, would hire again!

We hired Mr. Souza (Master Contracting) to replace pull down attic stairs and he did an incredible job. He was available to do the work within days of our contacting them, which was a relief since the old stairs were posing a danger. He completed the work in a few hours and did a beautiful job. We also hired him to do some smaller jobs in the house because we were so pleased with his work. I would highly recommend them!

I hired Master Contracting to remodel my home a couple of years ago, and was very please with the outcome. There was no doubt that I was going to use their services again to help me remodel my mothers home recently. Mr. Souza, the owner of the company, is an honest, hard working man. He is a true professional and very knowledgeable in his field. He is also responsible and reliable, very patient, and always available to answer any questions about the job. He is extremely talented and offers creative solutions to any task. He takes on all types of projects, big and small, and makes sure the customer is satisfied before completing the job. His price range is very reasonable. Since it is extremely difficult to find a company that encompasses all these qualities, I am very fortunate to have found Master Contracting. It is always a pleasure to work with Mr. Souza and his crew. I will continue to use their services and highly recommend them, for the are the best at what they do.

Appears to be excellent work, but the job was much more expensive than I thought it would be. Essentially 3.5 days of work with minimal materials cost $3,000.

The project was discussed in detail prior to the price quote or the commencement of work. There were no unexpected complications or costs as often occurred with other contractors I used in the past. The quality of the work was excellent.

Outstanding professionalism!

I hired Master Contracting to repair concrete steps, and a platform in the front of my rental home, do significant repairs on the front porch floor as well as stain all 3 porches ; front and back. They also repaired stucco and windows around the house; scraping repairing and painting walls and windows. I found Mr. Souza to be a great communicator and very easy to work with. Since I live out of state he was willing to accommodate my schedule for the final walkthrough. His team took great pride in their work as evidenced in the completed project. The final project was awesome! Master Contracting is now my new go to company and I would refer them to anyone in need.

In every way professional!

We had the Master Contracting team do some foundation work on the home. The rough winter had taken its toll and caused a severe crack that ran top to bottom along the cement. We were fearful that the above house structure could buckle and cause ma$$ive damage. When Simplicio came he was able to clearly explain what needed to be done and began to put our minds at ease. The work that we saw done was daunting. Digging, supporting, breaking, fixing, and clean up. It wasn't a DIY project. The team was professional and courteous. Highly recommendable.

I hired them to repair stone steps and a brick wall in a house that I rent out and do not live close by to. Everyday I received pictures on my phone showing me the progress of the job. Great communication! I did get down to see the completed job, and I couldn't be happier. They did a great job and the price was fair.

The brick masonry of our front walk was replaced by Mr.Sousa and his workmen in an extremely attractive and safe way. They did everything we asked of them and more. The new entrance is a valuable addition to our home.
