"There was a problem with the floors feeling rough after they were finished, because the floors were so old and never had any finish put on them, but I just called Rick and he came back and made my floors look beautiful. He also said that if there were still any rough spots when it dried to just call him and he would come back again. He was very professional and the floors look great. "It went excellent!  Hi Tech Construction Co gave me a detail estimate of the job.  And compared to other estimates I received from several other companies, Hi Tech's was the most reasonably priced.  Hi Tech also gave me a timeline of the job from beginning to finish and they were right on target.  The crews showed up on time and carried out the job like experts - they surely looked like they knew what they were doing.  I noticed that they were very concerned about the safety of our neighbors, anybody passing by, their crews, and us.  They also cleaned everything right after they finished their job.  I was really happy with the timeliness and the quality of their job.  I will definitely strongly recommend Hi Tech.  I do not think you can go wrong with them.
