"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. "Winston responded quickly to my purchase of online deals and came out within 2 days to do the repairs.  Called before arriving, which was appreciated.  Replaced the two outside faucets and then fixed the kitchen water feed line valve as well - he didn't know about my request to fix this until he arrived, but he said it was no problem and fixed it for me.  He and his assistant were both very pleasant and efficient and I enjoyed having them do the work.
