"My air conditioner condensers were struck by a power surge this summer. They were beyond repair, after repair inspections by 3 different firms, including Braido. Since my house is 21 years old, I knew that eventually the furnaces would have to be replaced as well, so I bit the bullet and replaced both the air conditioners and the furnaces for the upstairs and downstairs zones of my home. 
I came across Braido's name from a local community board on Facebook. I checked their ratings out on Angie's List and decided to have them inspect and then provide an estimate.
They were knowledgeable, helpful and reasonable throughout my decision making process. When we finally did decide to go with Braido, we were glad we did. They offered 0% financing on the balance and charged, what I believed. to be a reasonable rate, since I could compare their price to 3 other estimates. 
For the install, they actually came 1 day early to lay the slab for the condensers outside because rain was being forecast. Smart thinking!
Then, what was supposed to be a 3 day install, took only 2. They were timely, professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

"These Guys where the only one's that were willing to listen and no up sell involved. Answered any and all questions, invoice was to the penny of the quote no extra, where all others that quoted where more interested on coming to my home when system wasn't working and try to upsell me on a new boiler Crossroads team were mainly concerned with getting me and my family warm and only doing the right thing at the right price. It was below 20 degrees so pretty cold. I told all company's the urgency and they sent sales people not a tech. Crossroads gave me a quote based on my call to them, sent a tech next day and was fixed in 1.5HR. All other company's were about if you get boiler done new we will fix the pipe for free $15,000.00 later and 2 weeks out. In closing when ever I have another plumbing job to be done be it installing a faucet or replacing my boiler it will without a doubt be done by Crossroads. Honest people and honest pricing may you grow and prosper are my wishes for them."

"At the end of July during the hottest days of the year, I lost BOTH A/C zones at the same time in my home. Needless to say, it was very hot in the house. I called Orange County Mechanical for an estimate after seeing exceptionally high reviews from both Angie's List and Google reviews. The owner, Ed O'Hara, came over the next day, gave me an estimate and literally "walked me through" everything that was needed to do to get the two zones back up, answered all questions, and the complete cost. Since I had a "builders" A/C system over 15 years old, it used freon which is no longer available along with two very inefficient condensers. I needed to replace the whole A/C system. He didn't try to sell things that were not needed, just what was needed to have a practical high efficiency two zone A/C system at an excellent price. Before he had left, he took the time to check the A/C condensers to see if he could get them up and running, at least until he could install the new system. Fortunately, he was able to get one of them running just enough to cool some of the house and he didn't want anything for it. It two days to remove the old equipment from the attic and outside and replace it with a new higher efficient two zone Trane A/C system. He put down floor protectors everywhere, left everything clean upon completion, removed all the old equipment and debris and swept the driveway clean when they were finished. Ed and his workers were very professional and polite throughout the whole time they were installing and removing equipment. Obviously he takes pride in his work and I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family and will be using him again. A job well done!"

"Very good jobl, quick response, polite and knowledgeable. Was willing to work with me and help me purchase the replacement water heater. The removal and installation Installed went well. He kept the work area clean and cleaned up. The only downside, albeit a small one, was his assistant, who was his wife, and was constantly chatting with him about unrelated matters. It did not affect the job quality (though perhaps the time it took). Overall very satisfied and would hire him again."
