For the install, they actually came 1 day early to lay the slab for the condensers outside because rain was being forecast. Smart thinking!
Then, what was supposed to be a 3 day install, took only 2. They were timely, professional and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

"These Guys where the only one's that were willing to listen and no up sell involved. Answered any and all questions, invoice was to the penny of the quote no extra, where all others that quoted where more interested on coming to my home when system wasn't working and try to upsell me on a new boiler Crossroads team were mainly concerned with getting me and my family warm and only doing the right thing at the right price. It was below 20 degrees so pretty cold. I told all company's the urgency and they sent sales people not a tech. Crossroads gave me a quote based on my call to them, sent a tech next day and was fixed in 1.5HR. All other company's were about if you get boiler done new we will fix the pipe for free $15,000.00 later and 2 weeks out. In closing when ever I have another plumbing job to be done be it installing a faucet or replacing my boiler it will without a doubt be done by Crossroads. "In each and every instance, the plumbing technicians that have done the work have always been very professional in their approach. Meeting them at the door and the technician is putting on booties so as not to scratch or damage the floors, was the first sign that the company cared about its customers. After an assessment of the work requested was completed and a price was determined, the work proceeded. It was also just the beginning as in each and every case the technician demonstrated expert technical skill, in a deliberate and cautious manner. Drop cloths were placed down; tools and equipment were carefully located so they would be accessible yet out of harm’s way. The work was completed with great attention to detail. I especially noticed this when the double vanity work was being done. The technician, Mike, noticed immediately that both waste lines were, somehow back pitched. He advised me and agreed to go deeper into the project to correct the issue. Once completed, measuring for the new cabinets was critical for where the waste lines and supply lines had to go through the cabinets. He measured and re-measured to make sure they were correct and they absolutely were. The cabinets fit perfectly! The professionalism continued when it came time for the toilet installation. A new flange had to be installed because the old one was rusted out. Not problem. Then he got out the plaster and buckets to install the toilet. I asked why the plaster and he stated that it was company policy to mount the toilet in plaster to avoid any floor water from getting to the flange and to also stabilize the toilet. This was way and above what I expected. When he finished, the toilet was perfectly installed and with the plaster around the base, it looked nicely finished and was steady as a rock. The clean up for all the jobs was excellent. As you can infer from this review, I would highly recommend O’Brien Plumbing and Heating to anyone. The price is fair and competitive with other full service companies and knowing and seeing how professional and caring the technicians are, is a direct reflection on the owner and how he runs his company. I would never hesitate to hire them again and again."
