CV Plumbing, Heating and Pool

Way overpriced! Came out to simply snake a drain, took 10 min, nothing was actually clogged and was charged $379.00. Then they took a month to even cash the check. Will def never use them again!

called CV plumbing for a no heat issue, Chris Valvo immediately answered my phone call and was at my home in 20 minutes. Quickly Diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired my boiler and got up and running. I will use them again for any plumbing and heating issues. Thanks again Mr. Valvo *******

CV plumbing and heating got the job done on time. Chris was able to get a new boiler and water heater a week earlier than promised. Provided us with space heaters while we waited for work to be done. Installation was done within one day. Area was left clean when job was done. Guys that came was wonderful as well.

I listed the major work they've done for us (quoted price was just for a/c repair today) all at good prices (within industry standards). They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and go above and beyond! They've absolutely saved us, several times! Great guys working there, all 5 Stars!

He did a great job and I call him whenever I need service. He's very responsive, and he's excellent. I would say their price was competitive. Of all the companies I've had for heating and air conditioning, I find them to be the best. The workers were very responsive, very nice. They cleaned up very well.

Despite the fact that we had agreed on a price, the plumbing company insisted on charging more even to change a small drainage pipe.

They have done work for us in the past. Chris the owner has always been helpful, he is trustworthy and I have nothing but good things to say. They were also reliable. He fixed my water heater about a year ago. I called them that morning and they were here that afternoon.

I thought they were great! They replaced my HVAC system. I needed a new furnace and ac unit, because things were not working well. They were very good. They were priced right. They were on time and they did the work beautifully. The main technician came out and brought 2 guys with him. It took them at least a full day and they even came back, because I also needed some work done with my humidifier. They were able to clean and fix that for me. They even put little booties around their shoes to not mess up my home. They were recommended to me from another company who is also on Angie's List.

The service turned out fine. They put in the faucet in the kitchen. 2 plumbers came out to do that. The main plumber did most of the work and he was verbally telling the other plumber how to do the work. It took them about an hour. I bought the first faucet from Home Depot and he mentioned to me that I should have gotten a better quality faucet and told me to go to a plumbing supply place; the parts are better from a plumbing supply store, because of the way that the parts are made. He was very informative and knowledgeable.

They did work for me a few years ago. They put in a sub-pump and fixed a drain for me. They came into it, because I was having issues with water in my basement. 2 guys came out and they were good. I then had to have french drains put in later on, because they just didn’t solve my problem. They were on time, clean and neat.

He said lightening burnt out all the electrical components. He wanted to do a full replacement. I had another guy come out and he said it was a minor problem compared to a full replacement.

They put in my central air conditioner about 8 years ago. About 3-4 technicians installed that for me. They did the job and it turned out great. I heard about this company from their location; because they are right up the street from me. Everything went well. They were reliable, dependable and did good work.

Both visits went fine, were short but resolved the problems.

I wouldn't recommend them to others because I think he overcharges for his services.

I just got done dealing with the BBB about this company last week. They finally refunded my money because I should not have had to pay for a new thermostat when they had just replaced it for me a few months before. It was ridiculous. Their claim was that there is only a three month warranty on the thermostats they replace. Obviously, if the things they install do not work three months after you use them, then you need to use a different company. I would not use them again. They had an office woman named Eileen. She never knew any information and then she left the company apparently. She had promised me a refund that consistently never came and the customer service was not that great.
