"I appologise for your bad experience, however I believe you gave a review to a wrong company. Your address is around Buffalo NY and we are approximately 7-8 hours drive away from there. We never have worked in that area. Aside to that we never would dump the old unit in your backyard. We would either bring it to your curb or take it away unless directly instructed by the homeowner. Same goes for cardboard or any other packaging. We would never put a system that is incompatible with your current installation without letting you know and explaining the repercussions."
