Premier 1 Plumbing & Heating

Called Mike to FIX the Boiler that he installed, and have been getting the run around! Third time he promised to show up, and he keeps cancelling for various reasons!

Don't believe the good reviews about premier 1 plumbing and heating they are all fake! Look at the reviews on Yelp and you'll know what I mean! He is a cheater and a Steeler and incompetent and unprofessional! I had a bad experience with him but fortunate for me it never got to the point where he actually did any work for me because I figured him out right away after he canceled the installation three times shortly before he was supposed to install the water heater each time and he did that, "THREE' times and he never even ordered it a week later he kept on asking me to pay cash up front before ordering it and it was already established that I was going to pay by credit card the first time that it came over a week before! Look at all the bad reviews on Yelp that I posted from other websites and you'll see how many bad reviews there are and you'll know what I'm talking about this guy and his business there's a website called "build zoom" another website where there's bad reviews!

They did a good job for me.

They completed the work quickly and were very neat. They were very friendly and courteous.

Mike was great. He kept me advised throughout the project. Knew what he was doing. Treated me with respect and curtesy. He also cleaned up after himself. I shall advise all neighbors when they need service or replacement to use this company and Mike if available.

The SP was so responsive before getting the job. he did not finish the job and also did not provide any paperwork or recipe. I need him to come back to finish since he got paid in full.

Mike called first thing in the morning and the were at our house installing the new unit by 1:00PM. Job well done.

While the quote was less then several other recommended professionals, to pay $200 for a job that took 20 minutes is absolutely insane ....

Mike did a good job and really thought about the problem before starting. It wasnâ t your usual clogged drain. Came on time and left everything back the way he found it. After working all day his price seemed fair. Definitely would hire him again.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. He totally knew exactly what to do once I described the issue I was having with my A/C unit. He is very reasonably priced. He could have easily tried to sell me an entire new air handler and condenser and he didnâ t. I highly recommend Premier 1 Plumbing and Heating
