Poolminator Pool Service

I hired Fabio to do a pool inspection for a home we were planning to purchase. He did a great job, was very detailed and took the time to explain everything to us in simple terms because we never owned a house with a pool before and didn't know the first thing about it. Would highly recommend. I plan to use Fabio in the future for all our pool maintenance needs.

This company took the job, never called and never showed up. I would never recommend them to anyone they very unprofessional, and they do not show up for their jobs.

The owner was professional and attentive to our needs. The work was performed within the timeline of the proposal, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend him to others!

Five stars for Fabio! He completely replaced my filter and pump system, as well as installed a salt chlorination system. Fabio was extremely responsive, worked late into the night on a holiday Friday to make sure the pool was working. We had electrical issues (old house) relating to the pool pump. Two electricians could not fix it and Fabio figured it out! All the kids are extremely excited for the pool to be working!

We were extremely happy with the fast and professional service. The call back was within minutes of requesting the quote and had the company come out two days later. They did a fantastic job and very reasonably priced. We will surely be using them again next year!

Armature job, no communication and no follow up. He is not standing behind his work, told me since we purchased the liner form someone else he is refusing to correct the issue, even do he installed the liner.

I was contacted immediately after requesting a quote and Was able to get a technician to complete the job very quickly. I was very satisfied with the job and would highly recommended this company and use them in the future.

They showed up late in the afternoon not in the morning. However, the men knew their job and did a great job. It cost a lot more than expected because they had to make holes for the pool cover. I will have them open my pool in the summer.

This company is not reliable and keep people waiting. They told me that they would show up two weeks ago and they called saying they had an emergency and then rescheduled for the next week. Last week they never showed up. The I tried to reach out to them and left messages and they never got back to me. Highly unprofessional.

Do not hire Alex. After repeated calls, he finally showed up and told me he'd find and fix the leaks in my lining for $70. Then he says he found 10 small holes...that would be $200. I said ok (what choice did I have) as long as the repair was COMPLETE. He left and, of course, he did not get all the holes so we still have an issue. I called/texted many times..."i'll be over this weekend" uhh NO SHOW. Said he'd refund my money. Have yet to see that either. He blamed it on my vacuum and faulty liner. I'll have to hire a real pro do figure it out.

I am beyond happy with the service and plan on using them next year for the season!!

Had the pleasure of having Alex come out on a Sunday of the holiday weekend to quickly asses my leaky pool and perform a repair. Nice, quick and very personable.

Had to move my pool equipment from a higher to a lower position closer to the pool as well as acid wash and paint (gunite pool). Great work for a very fair price. Get them to do everything in one shot if possible. Not the best at follow up correspondence.
