"Working with the people in the office, i.e. phone conversations, scheduling, billing, price, etc., was great. The leaders of this company were receptive and helpful. The job itself, from a "before" and "after" perspective, solved our problems quite well, and was very reasonable in terms of cost. However, after the job was completed and the crew left, I noticed numerous (about 20 or more) loose roofing nails, both used (i.e. rusted over) and new, scattered around our backyard patio and some were actually lying around in our grass, hard to see. My family, including my young son, walk around our patio and in our grass barefoot many times, so this definitely concerned us. I spent 45 minutes to an hour combing through the grass to ensure all nails were removed, and climbed the roof to make sure no additional nails were there as well (that took 20 minutes or so). I would guess at this point, given the professionalism of the owners, that this crew has been replaced with more conscientious workers or, at the minimum, given a good talking to about proper maintenance practices. Liked the owners a lot; definitely did not like the crew's disregard for my family's safety. That said, I would encourage others to give this company a go with regard to roofing and/or siding work. The owners do care, and they can only do so much to control their crew I am sure. See that "Professionalism" grade of "C"? "A" for the owners, "F" for the crew."

"From the start Michael Soren was very professional. Mr Soren was very patient and took the time to help us decide which window make and model to choose. Mr Soren and his assistant installed all the windows, and they were the cleanest contractors I've ever used. When Mr Soren heard that our youngest daughter suffered from asthma he went the extra mile and made sure everything was covered and her bedroom was taped and sealed. Mr Soren is very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. He preformed extra worked for me without charge and does excellent work. All the windows look beautiful inside and out. I will be hiring Mr Soren to replace my front door in the near future."

"The technician who ran the the show ( Julian Suspes) worked with a crew of four, all were very knowledgeable in process. James Hardie siding is of  fiber cement. Go on line to see specs, warranty, etc. very good.  When I had an exterminator come to do an ant treatment due to the wet weather he commented how well the siding was done evenly and neat, better than most he has come across. It had changed the entire look of the house, get nothing but good comments. Front of house done in a shingle type format while sides and back done long sheets. One of the first houses to use shingle type front format in this area. All windows done in one day by two carpenters, they were neat as well and the roof took three days,taking off two old.  Originally looked for siders on Angies list got three estimates all around or near the James Hardie siding price but vinyl.  Only things that i needed to do was match some(little) trim outside. Benjamin Moore has matching paint.  Very satisfied with whole process, with minor delays, but thats common with most contractors. (weather, special colors, product availability etc.  Would highly recommend Remodel-Design by Bongiovanni"
