It went great! Bob and Susan are a great working couple and do splendid work. With all their own equipment including various ladders, they cleaned the inside and outside of the windows and the screens. Their price stays the same year after year. This is an e trembly large home with so many windows and glass doors, I don’t know how they do it! Truthfully, they are amazing!

Excellent. Robert and Susan arrived promptly. They completed the job quickly. Windows were cleaned thoroughly. No problems.

They were great. Bob knew we were really needing our windows cleaned....and boy, do we have a lot of windows in this very large home. Including a very large arched window in the entry way that requires at 18-20' ladder. They even came on a Sunday! With just two people, one working on the inside and one on the outside (showing each other when they missed a spot :), they clean all the windows, cleaned all the screens without taking a break. From 9:30am to 8:00pm, 11 hours of intensive labor. I appreciate these guys so much and we will have them back next year. Price has not changed in two years. I cannot say enough about them!!

It was fantastic. They removed every storm window and cleaned them as well as the regular windows. They removed decades worth of dirt. This cleaning was way beyond any amateur windex type job. This is something we will do again in the future.

Robert and his helper did a fine job. They took (almost) all the debris with them; checked and cleaned downspouts. Very pleasant, easy to do business with.

Rob did an excellent job with the windows and was very reasonably priced for the size of the house. He came back a week later to do the gutters after recommending this service from what he saw while cleaning the windows. He cleans screens for no additional cost.  This is my second time using him, happy with the service both times.  

Robert & Susan were thorough, polite and did an excellent job. Price was certainly reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Rob did a fantastic job. I needed both my boss's house and next door office gutters cleaned on very short notice. I left Rob a message and he returned the call the next day and after detailing what the building looked like he gave me an estimate right over the phone. We agreed then to set up an appointment for that upcoming weekend. On that Friday, Rob called me to inform me that a ladder that he needed to do the job still needed to come in and that once it came in Monday afternoon, I would be the first call. I thanked him for the heads up. He did show up Monday afternoon, by my boss's request I asked if he could come back Tuesday or Wednesday, which he had no issue with. Wednesday afternoon, Rob and his partner showed up ready to go. Within 2 1/2 hours everything was all done. I couldn't be any happier with the work he did. Would recommend to anyone.

They’re really reliable and professional. They know exactly what they’re doing. They’ll say what they’re going to do. It just perfect. They did our windows couple of times, every time they do it, it’s perfect. You don’t have to worry to what they say. They come in, they go out and come back, exactly what I expected. It’s always on time, always unpriced and just no surprises.

Robert Schneider runs C Clean Windows.  He has taken care of my family's
windows for years.  On this occasion, he scheduled the appointment at
my convenience.  He cleaned all of the house's windows, inside and out. 
He also cleaned the screens.  He cleaned the gutters and downspouts,
and helped me check a spot in the roof that needed sealing.  He is
friendly and helpful, and his work is professional and high-quality.  I
would definitely use his services again.

I would not call this provider again. When someone tells me they will arrive in the morning, I expect them to arrive before noon. And if they are going to be late, I expect the courtesy of a phone call. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's, and I really resent being treated with such disrespect. My windows are nice and clean, but this entire episode was upsetting. I understand that delays can happen, but at least have the courtesy to call your customer.

I contacted Robert on 7/16. We scheduled an appointment for that evening to do an estimate. He arrived early which was not a problem. We agreed upon scope of work and cost and scheduled the job for Sunday, 7/20.
Robert and Susan arrived promptly on the day of the job. They were both very professional and polite. They completed the job without any problems in about two hours as Robert had indicated during his estimate.
They did an excellent job. I would use C Clean again.
